The Roofing General is by far top notch from start to finish. This was one of the best customer service experiences in home repair I have ever experienced and it is thanks to Nicole. She and her crew were professional, courteous and had a general concern for my satisfaction that far exceeded expectations. They produce quality work. My new roof looks fantastic and I could not be more pleased! I highly recommend The Roofing General - a 5 star company.

The Roofing General did a superb job replacing my roof. A large job replacing my barrel tile with a flat tile product. They started a day late as it was raining then made up the day and completed everything on time. They took care of gutter replacement for me and the entire job was perfect! I was out of town during the process but had the house checked during and after. They kept the jobsite meticulously clean and left the property as clean as it was before. All this done on time and in quote To say I am pleased is an understatement. I highly recommend The Roofing General and of course Nicole who oversaw the job and kept me aware of the entire process. Great company, great people.

We had severe damage from Milton and General Roofing was very responsive and patient as we waited for our insurance to come through. The roof looks amazing and the communication with Nicole along the way was top notch!

I just had the Roofing General replace the roof on my home. I can’t say enough positive things about this company. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I had the most amazing experience with this company and my house looks absolutely beautiful. Their business model is one that should be copied by other businesses. You have one contact person, mine was Nicole, she followed me through the whole experience. She was extremely knowledgeable and not only made sure that I got the exact roof I wanted, she explained every step of the process. I was in New York at the time and my home is in Florida. Nicole kept me apprised of every step and even sent me pictures. I live in an HOA and the company was very careful to follow all of the rules and regulations of the community. If you find yourself in need of a new roof, look no further. In my opinion, you can find no better.

Never knew replacing a tile roof was so involved and complex. Grateful for all the support and patience shown by Nicole throughout this process. This is the first time that a sales and marketing person (Nicole) was actively involved and kept on top of all the different stages during my roof replacement. She is responsive, knowledgeable and will work with you throughout this major installation. From selection of a proper roofing system to making sure the township approve the final inspection, she will take care of it. And that makes all the difference and the reason why I went with The Roofing General. Nicole removed all the stress by staying on top of deliveries, the workmen, scheduling, rhe inspections, the logistics and especially the cleanup at the end of every day. So far, some of my neighbors that worked with Nicole are very happy with their work and product. I would recommend them.

Received The Roofing General as a good, trustworthy roofer to contact. We moved into our home last Thursday, noticed the leak immediately. Called roofers last Thursday, they were quick to come out, they spent 6-8 hours on Friday (holiday) fixing leak! They were so timely, had confidence they could repair and they were very reasonable for cost!!! 5 out of 5!
